You know

you can play well enough to win that audition, if only you could play the way you can in the practice room.

equipment required

You will need to purchase some basic, inexpensive equipment (total less than 50 EUR) to be able to participate in the strength training segments. the links below are purely for reference; we have no affiliation with any of the companies, nor do we receive any support or promotional materials from them.

The stick should be approx. 40-60 cm in length and 2-3 cm diameter. You can find very affordable sticks of this type at a garden center or DIY store.

Q: I go to a gym; why do I need this equipment?

A: Our concept is designed for you as traveling musicians who are occasionally on tour in remote places and sometimes too busy to find a gym. That's why we've created a lightweight, compact, low-budget package that you can take with you anywhere (it even fits in your hand luggage if your stick is under 50 cm!) If you need a travel sports mat, consider buying an anti-slip carpet underlay like this.

“This workshop was very important to me. It showed me the importance of prioritizing my self-care and listening to my body. We are musicians, but above all, we are people, who deserve to be happy. We want so much to love and enjoy our musical journey, but for that we need to love ourselves first.”
–Adriana Gonçalves, bassoon, Academy, Munich Philharmonic
