   These terms govern participation in the Performance Freedom Online Workshop, organized by Elena Cheah & David Elge.
    

2. Participation & Responsibility
   Participants attend at their own risk. The workshop offers guidance on performance-related well-being but does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
    

3. Liability
   The organizers are not liable for personal injury, health issues, or property damage occurring before, during, or after the workshop, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
    

4. Payment & Cancellation
    

   • Down payment of 50 EUR confirms registration.

   • Cancellations up to 15 days before the workshop receive a full refund. No refunds for later cancellations.

5. Copyright & Recordings
   Workshop materials are for personal use only and may not be copied or distributed. Recording is not permitted without prior consent.
